The Grid is our new functional fitness gym based in Barrhead Foundry. The space will focus on functional training and small group session with fitness classes such as GridBox and GridRox. The Grid features a 70sqm spacious turf area along with brand new fitness equipment, including fitness rig, half rack and prowler. This space is included with your all inclusive fitness membership. 

12 Week Fitness Programme 

At East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure our dedicated gym instructors are always on hand to help you get the most out of your membership. When you join, you will also receive a FREE 12 week Fitness Programme where our friendly gym instructors will be available to assist you on your new fitness journey. During the 12 weeks you will have 4 check ins where you can discuss identifying your goals and receive a full fitness programme.

Pay as you go

Our fitness classes and gym sessions at Barrhead Foundry, Eastwood Park Leisure, Eastwood High Sports Centre and Neilston Leisure are included in our fitness memberships or you can attend on a ‘Pay As You Go’ basis. You can book these classes online or via our ER Leisure App
